The Iowa Tests of Educational Development (ITED) will take place on March 3, 4, 5. We will be testing all of the freshmen, sophomores, and juniors.

As was done last year, students are to report to homeroom at 8 a.m. each day. Senior girls are to report directly to the gym by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3rd, for their retreat while senior boys will report directly to the gym on Thursday, March 4th, for their retreat. All seniors are to report to school on Friday, March 5th beginning at 10:10 (1st period) for an abridged 8 period schedule unless they are unscheduled 1st period. If unscheduled first period, report directly to 2nd period beginning at 10:35.There will be a special schedule on each of the testing days so that all periods will meet. Dismissal will be between 2:15 and 2:25 each day.

Counselors visit classrooms to discuss the test prior to the testing days. Parents are asked to emphasize the importance of these tests and to make sure that their students are well-rested so that they will be at their best. Students should bring scratch paper and two #2 pencils. Test results will be returned later this spring.

Our Mission

Graduating

Gloucester Catholic High School empowers young men and women to become faithful citizens and to develop in all aspects of life: spiritual, intellectual, moral, emotional, social and physical.

Our goal is that our graduates continue their education and carry with them a guide for Catholic Christian living: vibrant faith, respect for human dignity, strong belief in the values of family, promotion of justice, service to community and country, and the desire to make a positive difference in society.

Gloucester Catholic High School is enriched by a legacy of Catholic tradition spanning four generations. We draw strength and inspiration from our past as we make an exceptional Catholic education available and accessible to our future leaders.
