Concert Choir
Our goal is to develop self-confidence and leadership abilities,
add to our vocal skills and mastery of different styles of music,
improve our musicianship, and to inspire others with our sounds and
songs.
Grading Procedure includes:
 | Class participation and performance 50% |
| Behavior 25% |
| Knowledge of assigned music & folder 25% |
Each student should have a folder for class to keep handouts and
worksheets. Everyone will be assigned a “choir” folder where the
music is kept. Most music will be expected to be memorized. PLEASE
have a pencil with you for each class.
Basic Class Room Rules:
| Be on time for class and be prepared! |
| Respect your classmates |
| Be responsible and dependable |
| Make up missed work due to absences |
| Use class room appropriate words and actions at all times |
| Clean up room, pick up trash and straighten desks before leaving
class |
| Be mature |
| Be respectful- disrespect for teacher or classmates will not be
tolerated |
| Do not do work for other classes during theatre arts- it will be
confiscated |
