United States History 1 Honors
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This is an intensive course in US History I covering the time periods from Early Exploration to Reconstruction--the years from 1492 until 1876. In addition to the normal course of studies, students will study in-depth such topics as the Revolutionary War, The Constitution and the Civil War. The students will also be expected to submit several analytical essays, a book review and a formal term paper.
