Application Process for Diocesan Elementary School
Students
December, 2008: Students request that the
elementary school forward a transcript to GCHS.
February, 2009: The sending elementary school
will forward a completed application to GCHS. This includes an
academic transcript from fifth through eighth grades, standardized
test scores, and a principal's recommendation. The GCHS admissions
team awards acceptance to qualified applicants and students are
notified by mail.
March 8, 2009: Registration for the Class of
2012. All accepted students should register on this date to avoid
waiting list status.
Spring, 2009: Placement test for all incoming
freshmen.

Application Process for Public and Private School
Students
January, 2009: Applicants request a freshmen
application by calling the GCHS Guidance Office at 856-456-4400,
extension 220 or Click Here to view and/or print a copy of the application.
Return completed applications to GCHS. Contact your school's
guidance office and request that transcripts covering fifth through
eighth grade, standardized test scores and required recommendations
are forwarded to Gloucester Catholic.

Freshmen registration for the Class of 2013
will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the
school gymnasium.
