College Financial Aid Information
We strongly recommend that you call the financial aid office of each
college to which your student is applying. Ask what forms they are
requiring (FAFSA, PROFILE, state and/or their own) and the filing dates
for incoming freshmen.
The Profile is a two-part process that generates
a customized form, requires a fee and is used more by private schools.
PROFILE registration materials are available in the Guidance Office. It
is important to file your forms, particularly the FAFSA, as early and
accurately as possible.
Probably the biggest mistakes our families make are (1) assuming
that they won't qualify, and (2) filing late or inaccurately. The
information and help is there; please take advantage of it.
