Thinking About Entering College?
Here is some useful information about the college
application process and how it is handled through the Gloucester
Catholic Guidance Office:
Applications
This year, we will process several hundred college and scholarship
applications. As a rule, the applications, completed following the
guidelines published in the Post-Secondary Planning brochure, should be
brought to Guidance with the application fee and $2.00 postage a MINIMUM
of two weeks before deadlines.
Haven't applied yet?.... All students
and parents are reminded of the information available in the GCHS
Guidance Office and Library for researching careers and colleges.
Seniors who still need to see a counselor to help with
post-secondary planning should come to guidance to sign up.
Applications may be filed through the Guidance Office or on-line. If
filing on-line, a form must be completed to send transcripts and
letters of recommendation. Students who have received acceptances
and/or scholarships should record that information in the Guidance
Office Post-Secondary Plans Book.
