Student Accomplishments
Gloucester Catholic students distinguish themselves not only in
the academic arena and the athletic field, but also in their
community involvement and service. We salute these fine students,
and their parents, for their outstanding accomplishments and
contributions outside of the classroom.

Seniors
 | Taylor Alessandrine of Interact Club helped
serve the Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |
 | Cima Bagherpour has been a Girl Scout for ten
years. She volunteered for Mother and Child, a support program
for young single mothers. |
 | Jason Bisconti assists young bowlers at
Westbrook Lanes in Brooklawn. |
 | Greg Brecht helps to coach an ice hockey team
for the mentally challenged. |
 | Renee Britton of Interact Club helped serve
the Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |
 | Nick Comoroto is a junior firefighter. |
 | Megan Csongradi volunteered at the Historic
Bethlehem and is currently volunteering at St. John of God. |
 | Anthony Calabrese is a member of the Mantua
Police Explorers Program. He assists with security, senior
citizens and parking. |
 | Tatum Cipriani teaches religious education at
St. Mary’s Williamstown and gives of her time at the Ronald
McDonald House. |
 | Nicolette Davis teaches CCD at St. Michael’s
Parish. |
 | Brianna DeBlasiis of Interact Club helped
serve the Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |
 | Nicole Dixey is currently raising funds for a
walk for autism. During the summer she worked for Bankbridge,
Gloucester County Special Services, at a day camp for autistic
children. |
 | Alyssa Fiume teaches CCD at St. Michael’s. |
 | Alex Flynn is a lector at Holy Family Church. |
 | Brianne Foschini is a volunteer religious
education aide at St. Agnes Parish in Blackwood and volunteers
at the Gloucester Twp. Recreation Department for the pre-school
program. |
 | Breelyn Hammerle volunteers at the Mary Ethel
Costello School two days a week. |
 | Matt Hayden showed off his musical talents at
the opening "Unplugged" session of the GCHS 2007-2008 academic
year. |
 | Chinyere Ihunnah of Interact Club helped serve
the Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |
 | Michelle Joaquin was a summer volunteer at the
Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. |
 | Julianna Kopakowski of Interact Club helped
serve the Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |
 | Ashley Krumenacker volunteered at the Most
Holy Redeemer Summer Vacation Bible School and at the Holy
Trinity carnival. |
 | Elizabeth Kummer performed for the Cold
Springs School summer program and volunteered for Annunciation’s
Bible School. |
 | Drew Krause coached a youth soccer league in
Glassboro. |
 | Ally LaFalce is a member of Interact,
volunteers at Children’s Hospital and has been a host for an
exchange student. |

the Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |
 | Patricia Mole assists the Holy Trinity
Volleyball Team and volunteered for the Vacation Bible School at
Most Holy Redeemer. |
 | Dana Murphy worked with the “Meals on Wheels”
program at St. Mary’s, Gloucester this past summer. |
 | Rachel Nicoletto of Interact Club helped serve
the Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |

Gloucester City Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast. |
 | Ed Barger volunteered at a local animal
hospital and participated in a canned food drive. |
 | Amanda Bonafiglia assists with the religious
education program at St. Jude. |
 | Talla Bisirri works with a local summer
theatre program. |
 | Kelly Bonner helps with the religious
education program at St. Mary’s. |
 | Tessa Borrero is a teen volunteer for Our Lady
of Lourdes Parish. |
 | Sami Cappello is a teacher’s aide for the CCD
program at St. Jude’s Parish. |

education program at St. Mary’s. |

several days this summer for people staying at the Ronald
McDonald House in Camden. She is also an active member in St.
Mary Williamstown youth group, the nitwits. They meet every
Wednesday evening for two hours to crochet various items for the
homeless. |
 | Stephanie Coleman acts as swim buddy during
the summer swim season. |
 | Felicia Franci is a member of the Gloucester
County 4-H and with Saddle Stars for Horses. |
 | Julie Genther gives of her time as a
babysitter at a foster home. |
 | Liz Glassman coaches for the Gloucester Youth
Soccer League and St. Mary’s Track Team. |
 | Julie Graham volunteered at a camp for
autistic children at the Bankbridge school. |
 | Ray Jackson performs service for the Boys and
Girls Club of Glassboro. |
 | Joe Lafferty volunteers weekly as the sound
system tech and computer support controller for the "Alive
Together Band" at St. Paul's Church in Hainesport, NJ. He is
also a communion assistant at St. Paul's. |
 | Gabrielle Lanciano helped pack and deliver food baskets and Christmas gifts for the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Margaret's Church. |
 | John Prendergast is a lector at Most Holy
Redeemer Parish. |
 | Jessica Marks was a counselor for a camp for
children with HIV / AIDS. She was also involved with a walk for
breast cancer. |
 | Ellen Mardy helps with the CCD program at St.
Bridget School. |
 | Kelsey McIntyre is a lector at Incarnation
Parish. |
 | Lindsey Sobolewski teaches 5th grade religious
education at St. Mary’s School and volunteers at the Ronald
