Class of 1959 Holds Reunion

The Class of 1959 had an informal reunion at Riverwinds Country Club in August 2021. The participants were: Terry (Holland) Ely, Pat Sully, Kass Reed,  Maureen (Hess) Sully, Rich McConnell, Sue (Batten) McConnell, Mark McElwee, Mike Andreas, Dolores (Arena) Gentile, Sandra (Hyslop) Andreas, Regina (Murphy) Saquella, Ralph Saquella and Phil Gentile.

Class of 1968 Holds 50th Anniversary Reunion at Terra Nova Restaurant

Class BThe Gloucester Catholic Class of 1968 celebrated their 50th Anniversary reunion on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Terra Nova Restaurant in Sewell, NJ. Approximately 78 class members and 135 total guests attended the Golden anniversary reunion.

GCHS Principal Ed Beckett congratulated all classmates on their lifetime of achievements and their dedication to Gloucester Catholic.

A special thank you to Pat Kenney and his committee for organizing the evening’s events.

Lisa Gedaka, Tom Flynn, Kathleen and Bill Dougherty, and Ed Morrison to Receive Alumni Awards

Alumni and friends of Gloucester Catholic High School will be honored on Sunday, November 23, during the annual Communion Breakfast.

The Alumni Association is pleased to announce the following award winners to be honored:

• John and Jackie O’Donnell Award (This award is given annually to a graduate of Gloucester Catholic who demonstrates generous service to the Gloucester Catholic school community)

Recipient: Lisa Angeloti-Gedaka ’84
• Dr. Frank & Catherine Kelly Award (This award is given annually to a friend of GCHS who through their good work brings honor and recognition to the school)

Recipient: Tom Flynn ’79
• Thomas Stewart III Award (This is awarded to a Gloucester Catholic graduate that demonstrates selfless commitment and extraordinary service to the greater community.

Recipient: Kathleen (Campbell) and Bill Dougherty ’82

• Thomas Iacovone Legacy Family Award (Given on a random basis to recognize someone who through their dedication and commitment to Gloucester Catholic through the years have left an indelible mark on the Gloucester Catholic Community)

Recipient: Ed Morrison ’56

The Mass begins at 9:00 am followed by breakfast. Both events will be held in the Msgr. Lucitt Hall. Tickets are $12.00 and can be purchased from Anne Barron at (856) 456-4400.
